Job summary

Ascensus, the leading independent technology and service platform powering retirement plans across America, is seeking a Client Services Consultant who will provide consultative service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors, applying deep knowledge of retirement plans and Ascensus products to resolve complex issues.

You will collaborate with the Relationship Manager to ensure client satisfaction, mentor colleagues, manage escalations, and deliver proactive solutions that protect data,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years direct client experience required; retirement services preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; PowerPoint and Access preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors.
• Demonstrate retirement plan knowledge and Ascensus product expertise to resolve issues.
• Coach and mentor others to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Manage escalated items, coordinate with teams, and communicate resolutions clearly.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and financial professionals.
