Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Client Services Consultant to deliver high-level retirement plan service to partners, intermediaries and sponsors. You will apply product knowledge to resolve complex issues, coach teammates, and partner with Relationship Managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include proactive issue resolution, clear client communications, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive service enhancements and growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills demonstrated with diverse audiences.
• Strong presentation and client-service focus; professional etiquette and relationship management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and complex client issues with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of retirement plans and Ascensus products.
• Coach and mentor others, and resolve escalated client items with decisive solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and financial professionals to drive retention and growth.
• Collaborate across departments to implement improvements and drive service excellence.
