Job summary

Ascensus is a leading technology and service platform powering savings plans across America. The Client Services Consultant provides expert retirement plan knowledge to partners, intermediaries and sponsors, delivering consultative service and practical solutions to complex issues.

In this role you will coach colleagues, manage client communications throughout the service cycle, and work with the Relationship Manager to protect client satisfaction and retention while aligning with Ascensus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years direct client experience; retirement services preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• ASPPA/CEBS or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors.
• Explain retirement plan features and Ascensus capabilities.
• Coach and mentor associates to meet client expectations.
• Monitor and follow up on assigned items; document actions and resolutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and communicate status with clients.
• Support Relationship Manager to retain and grow book of business.
