Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years direct client experience required; Retirement Services industry experience preferred.
• Certification or working towards certification (ASPPA, CEBS, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel; Access and PowerPoint preferred).
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong project management skills and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors with retirement plan expertise.
• Identify, own and resolve client issues; deliver proactive research and creative solutions.
• Coach and mentor associates to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Monitor escalated items and oversee resolution; maintain strong relationships with clients and financial professionals.
• Drive client retention and growth by anticipating needs and aligning with Relationship Manager.
