Ascensus in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Client Services Consultant to provide expert retirement plan support to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors. You will leverage retirement plan knowledge and Ascensus services to resolve complex issues, deliver consultative service, and mentor colleagues while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

The role requires 3–5 years of client-facing experience in Retirement Services, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years direct client experience in Retirement Services preferred.
• Certification or working towards ASPPA/CEBS preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels.
• Experience with financial services systems and plan recordkeeping.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; PowerPoint preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide consultative client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors.
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of retirement plans and Ascensus products.
• Coach and mentor others on retirement plan and client relations topics.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding services, execution and resolution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and financial professionals.
• Manage day-to-day schedules and coordinate with Relationship Managers.
