Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Client Services Consultant to deliver expert retirement plan support to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors. You will act as a technical resource across the organization, providing coaching, handling escalations and ensuring client satisfaction with Ascensus products and services.

You will collaborate with Relationship Managers, maintain strong client relationships, and help drive retention and growth while applying knowledge of ERISA, plan documents, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years direct client experience; retirement services industry preferred.
• Certification in ASPPA, CEBS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors.
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of retirement plans and Ascensus products and services.
• Coach and mentor others; handle escalated items/calls from clients.
• Develop and maintain strong internal relationships across departments and locations.
