Zusammenfassung

Ascensus is seeking a Client Services Consultant in Houston to deliver consultative service on retirement plans and Ascensus products. You will partner with Relationship Managers to resolve complex issues and optimize client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include mentoring peers, managing escalations, and maintaining strong client relationships across financial professionals. Requires 1–3 years’ relevant experience and ASPPA/CEBS progress is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years direct client experience in retirements preferred.
• Certification or working towards ASPPA/CEBS is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels.

• Provide consultative client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors.
• Demonstrate retirement plan and Ascensus product knowledge to resolve complex issues.
• Mentor associates and coach on client relations and processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and financial professionals.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
