You will collaborate across Sales, Recordkeeping, and Operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. The role emphasizes retention, process improvements, and training of new staff, with opportunities to contribute to product development and client-facing improvements within a high-profile

Qualifications

• Five or more years of financial services experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing highly sensitive client relationships.
• Collaborative problem solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned sponsored retirement plans and complex client relationships.
• Resolve service and communication issues with sponsors, customers and internal teams.
• Participate in relationship management activities to support satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with Sales, Recordkeeping and Operations to ensure service delivery.
• Support product development initiatives and process improvements for client needs.
• Directly resolve complex issues while managing at-risk client relationships.
• Identify and support plan retention opportunities with sponsors and TPAs.
• Assist with training and mentoring new employees.
• Support plan management call activities as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
