Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Recordkeeper to provide administrative and client service support for large defined contribution retirement plans. You will lead plan administration tasks, reconcile trust records, and produce client reports while mentoring junior staff.

In this role you will handle plan data analysis, coordinate with third-party fund companies, and support meetings with plan sponsors and trustees. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of client service experience.
• Project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Experience mentoring others and adapting to changing plans.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and mentor lower-level recordkeepers to support team effectiveness and service excellence.
• Respond to client requests for information in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve client administrative and service-related issues with high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all transactions are processed per standards; process plan valuation transactions.
• Perform plan testing and discrimination testing; analyze data and present findings.
• Coordinate data interpretation, and recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Reconcile trust accounting and recordkeeping systems at the plan level.
• Reconcile plan balances to trust balances daily; analyze adjustments and reports.
• Coordinate omnibus fund purchases and sales with third parties.
• Prepare client deliverables: valuation reports, statements, performance reports, and tax filings.
• Participate in client meetings and maintain trustee relationships.
• Consult on plan design, payroll administration, and related services.
• Support corporate payroll activities and special projects; complete daily tracking and reporting.
