Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Recordkeeper to provide administrative and client service support for large defined contribution retirement plan clients.

You will be a key resource for plan administration, trust reconciliation, client reporting, and issue resolution while mentoring junior staff. In this role you will train and coach recordkeepers, respond to client requests, ensure accurate transaction processing, and prepare valuation reports and compliance filings.

Competenze

• Minimum 3+ years of client service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma +2 years may be considered in lieu.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with plan administration or retirement plans preferred.

Mansioni

• Train, coach, and mentor lower-level recordkeepers to support team effectiveness.
• Respond to client requests for information in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve client administrative issues while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Process plan valuation transactions and perform plan testing analyses.
• Prepare and distribute client deliverables including reports and statements.
• Participate in client meetings and maintain trustee relationships.
• Support payroll-related activities and daily tracking.
