You will serve as the primary contact for plan sponsors and help resolve complex service issues, coordinating with sales, recordkeeping, and operations. The role emphasizes relationship management, plan alignment, and process improvement, with opportunities to contribute to product development and customer retention.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in financial services and customer service.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned plan sponsors.
• Resolve service and communication issues with sponsors and internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales, recordkeeping, and operations to support plan alignment.
• Participate in relationship management with sponsors and customers.
• Support plan retention opportunities and data accuracy.
• Handle plan management 800-number calls as assigned.
• Contribute to product development and process improvement.
