• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborates effectively across multiple Retirement Services functions.
• Experience engaging with clients, consultants, and plan sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and interpret IRC, ERISA, and state laws to provide consultative support.
• Serve as SME on qualified retirement plans including design, compliance, and documentation.
• Provide technical guidance to internal partners, clients, and sponsors on regulatory requirements.
• Support sponsors using pre-approved retirement plan documents.
• Recommend remediation strategies and design alternatives balancing regulation and client objectives.
• Consult on complex issues involving mergers, acquisitions, and plan terminations.
• Provide fiduciary, governance, and regulatory compliance expertise.
• Support new business opportunities with technical retirement plan knowledge.
• Develop communications on legislative and regulatory developments affecting plans.
• Create training materials and client communications to educate stakeholders.
