Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. in Windsor, CT is seeking a seasoned client relationship professional to manage relationships with complex sponsored retirement plans, acting as a trusted partner to plan sponsors and key stakeholders.

You will collaborate across Sales, Recordkeeping, and Operations to ensure service excellence, support retention, and contribute to product development while addressing highly sensitive client needs.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of financial services industry experience.
• Strong customer service experience and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing highly sensitive and at-risk client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex customer service and communication issues.
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned sponsored retirement plans.
• Resolve service and communication issues with sponsors and internal teams.
• Support client satisfaction and retention through relationship management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Recordkeeping, and Operations for service delivery.
• Contribute to product development and process improvements based on client needs.
• Resolve complex issues while managing highly sensitive client relationships.
• Identify plan retention opportunities with sponsors, distributors, TPAs.
• Assist with training and mentoring new employees.
• Support plan management 800-number call activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
