Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Senior Manager for Retail Media and Commerce Activation to drive growth across major consumer brands by leading retail media strategy and execution.

You will manage planning, optimization, and measurement across Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and other platforms, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Analytics to scale performance using AI tools and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Retail Media, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Performance Marketing, or Commerce Media.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising and retail media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead retail media strategies for growth objectives across major consumer brands.
• Manage media planning, optimization, and measurement across key platforms and networks.
• Oversee agency partners, KPIs, budgets, and performance reviews to ensure ROI.
