Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Retail Media, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Performance Marketing, or Commerce Media.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising and retail media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute retail media strategies across major platforms to drive brand growth.
- Lead media planning, optimization, and measurement across Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and others.
- Manage agency partners with clear KPIs and budget stewardship.
- Drive full-funnel media strategies including paid search, video, and social commerce.
- Establish monthly ROAS and performance reporting with cross-functional teams.
