Bausch + Lomb in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Media and Commerce Activation to lead retail media strategy across key e-commerce platforms and brands, drive growth, and manage significant media investments.

You will partner with sales, marketing, finance, and digital commerce teams, guide agency partners, measure ROAS, and leverage AI tools to test new opportunities and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Retail Media, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or related areas.
• Proven success managing multimillion-dollar media budgets and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading media agencies and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail media strategy across major platforms and brands.
• Oversee media planning, optimization, and measurement for growth.
• Manage agency partners with clear KPIs and reviews.
• Develop monthly ROAS-focused performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Digital Commerce teams.
