Job summary

BELFOR USA Group, Inc is seeking a General Estimator to lead complex loss estimates across residential, commercial and industrial lines. You will meet clients, develop quality estimates via Xactimate, manage projects through completion and communicate progress to clients and leadership.

The role requires strong numeric and communication skills, familiarity with building codes and the BELFOR estimation standards. Expect growth through BELFOR University training and exposure to CAT responses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction, restoration or contents estimating.
• Residential estimates >$50k and commercial >$100k.
• BELFOR Estimating Platform Level 2 and Xactimate Level 3 prep with 90%.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate scopes and floor plans in Xactimate Sketch.
• Prepare estimates for residential, commercial and industrial losses.
• Meet clients, manage work through completion, monitor budgets.
• Coordinate with trades and management to meet timelines.
• Follow BELFOR naming format for estimates, proposals and changes.
