Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration seeks a Senior Estimator to create and manage estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial lines. You will meet with clients and develop quality estimates using Xactimate, manage work through completion, review budgets, and communicate progress with clients and management.

Responsibilities include precise scope creation, floor plans, code knowledge, budget adherence, and ongoing BELFOR standard compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating.
• Residential estimating experience above $50,000 and Commercial estimating up to $100,000.
• English literacy and fluency.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate scopes with minimal over/under scopes.
• Produce floor plans and multi-level/roof sketches in Xactimate Sketch.
• Maintain schedules and coordinate with trades to meet deadlines.
• Review budgets and communicate progress with clients and management.
• Ensure estimates and proposals follow BELFOR standards and formats.
