Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking a General Estimator to create and manage estimates across residential, commercial and industrial lines. You will meet with clients, develop quality estimates with Xactimate, manage work through completion and review budgets with clients and management.

You will leverage Xactimate Sketch, maintain schedules, and ensure compliance with BELFOR standards while servicing regional and national clientele.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating.
• Residential estimating >$50,000; Commercial estimating >$100,000.
• BELFOR Estimating Platform Level 2 cert and Advanced Xactimate training.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-sketches with multi-levels and roof sketches with accuracy.
• Create accurate scopes with minimal over/under; manage budgets and timelines.
• Use BELFOR naming conventions for estimates, proposals and change orders.
• Coordinate with owners, adjusters and consultants; manage work through completion.
