Job summary

BELFOR USA Group, Inc. is seeking a General Estimator to develop and manage estimates across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will meet with clients, prepare competitive estimates in Xactimate, and guide jobs through completion while coordinating with management and trades.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with local codes and BELFOR formats. Experience in large loss scenarios and continuing education are valued.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years' experience in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating
• Residential estimating >$50,000 and Commercial estimating >$100,000
• Completion of BELFOR Estimating Platform Level 2
• Advanced Xactimate training for Level 3 with 90% score

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-sketches with multi-levels and/or roof sketches with accuracy
• Create accurate scopes and floor plans in Xactimate Sketch
• Maintain schedules and communicate progress with clients and management
• Demonstrate proficiency with BELFOR estimation processes and formats
• Coordinate after hours emergency services as directed
• Maintain vehicle safety and documentation
• Attend BELFOR University training as required
