Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking an Estimator to develop and manage estimates across residential, commercial, and industrial lines. You will meet with clients, prepare competitive estimates using Xactimate, and monitor jobs from start to finish while reviewing budgets and communicating progress to clients and management.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, adherence to BELFOR standards, and continued training to advance through Estimator levels.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English for client communication and documentation.
• Experience in customer service and handling client inquiries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain local clientele, mainly insurance adjusters.
• Create accurate floor plans in Xactimate Sketch.
• Work with budgets and ensure costs are included in job costs.
• Coordinate after-hours emergency services as directed, including board-ups and water/fire damage.
• Maintain safe vehicle operation and timely reporting of incidents.
• Participate in BELFOR training for Xactimate certification.
