Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking a General Estimator to lead estimate creation and management across residential, commercial and industrial lines. You will meet with clients, develop accurate scopes and budgets using Xactimate, and guide projects from start to finish while coordinating with trades and management.

The role emphasizes proficiency with codes, schedules, and BELFOR standards, with opportunities to work on large regional and some national clientele in a fast-paced recovery

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating.
• Residential estimates >$50k and Commercial >$100k.
• Completion of BELFOR Estimating Platform Level 2, and Advanced Xactimate training.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage estimates for residential, commercial, industrial projects.
• Meet with clients and develop quality, competitive estimates.
• Review budgets and progress with clients and management.
• Maintain schedules and coordinate with trades to finish on time.
