BELFOR Franchise Group is seeking an Estimator to develop and manage residential, commercial, and industrial estimates. You will meet with clients, generate competitive estimates using Xactimate, and oversee costs from start to finish.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of building codes, and the ability to coordinate with trades while ensuring timely project completion. BELFOR offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• English literacy and fluency.
• Must use BELFOR Estimate Format Standards.
• Extensive Customer Service experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with Xactimate.

Mansioni

• Establish and maintain local area clientele, primarily insurance adjusters.
• Create accurate floor plans in Xactimate Sketch.
• Adhere to budgets and address overages.
• Coordinate after-hours emergency services as directed.
• Manage estimates and invoices; review budgets and progress with clients.
• Maintain vehicle safety and complete required reporting.
• Attend BELFOR training courses and pursue certification paths.
