BELFOR Holdings Inc. is seeking a General Estimator to prepare accurate residential, commercial, and industrial estimates and manage projects through completion. The role requires proficiency in Xactimate, knowledge of local codes, and strong client communication.

Responsibilities include multi-sketches, budget adherence, and collaboration with trades. The position offers salary range $65,000–$100,000 with commission potential and a comprehensive benefit package.

Competenze

• 3+ years' experience in construction, restoration, or contents estimating.
• Residential estimating $50,000+ and Commercial estimating $100,000+ projects.
• Certified BELFOR Estimating Platform Level 2.
• Advanced Xactimate training for Level 3 certification with a 90% threshold.
• English literacy and fluency.
• MSDS knowledge and safety data sheet applicability.
• Proficient with BELFOR estimating formats and processes.
• Strong customer service experience.
• MS Office proficiency.

Mansioni

• Complete multi-sketches with multi-levels and/or roof sketches.
• Create accurate scopes with minimal over/under scopes.
• Create accurate floor plans and multi-level/roof sketches in Xactimate Sketch.
• Working knowledge of applicable building codes.
• Create and adhere to budgets, addressing overages as needed.
• Use BELFOR naming conventions for estimates, proposals, and change orders.
• Maintain construction schedules and coordinate with trades and management.
• Demonstrate proficiency with investigative demolition, decontamination, and related services.
• Participate in BELFOR University training and certification prep.
• Independently manage own work and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain vehicle safety and serviceability.
• Complete accident, injury & incident reporting forms timely.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Assist in payroll compliance continuations.
