This fast-paced opportunity offers a competitive $55,000-$60,000 salary plus monthly bonus potential, paid time off, 401K, and health benefits. You’ll report to Directors and uphold our standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven full-serve restaurant management in a high-volume setting.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurability.
• Ability to train, coach, and lead hourly team members.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
• Willingness to cover shifts and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Report to Directors and monitor store performance.
• Coordinate FOH & BOH to ensure smooth shifts and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain staffing levels within budget guidelines.
• Uphold company mission, values, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare monthly financial objectives by analyzing forecasts and trends.
• Hire, train, and develop hourly staff; ensure engagement and retention.
• Ensure menu knowledge and accuracy of dishes and drinks.
