iServ is seeking an Experienced, Full Serve Restaurant Manager to join the Sonny’s BBQ team in Spring Hill, FL. This role requires leadership in a fast-paced environment, overseeing both FOH and BOH, and driving guest satisfaction while aligning with iServ's mission and values.

Annual salary ranges from $55,000 to $60,000 with opportunities for growth and monthly bonus potential. A valid driver’s license and a proven track record in high-volume restaurant management are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven FULL-SERVE Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume setting.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Flexibility to cover manager shifts on busy days or events.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor hourly team members and other management.

Responsibilities

• Report to directors and upper store management on store performance.
• Collaborate with FOH & BOH to ensure smooth shifts and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain staffing levels within budget guidelines.
• Lead the ISERV GROUP mission and policies with the team.
• Prepare monthly financial objectives by forecasting and analyzing trends.
• Hire and develop hourly staff while ensuring they feel valued.
