iServ, LLC operates Sonny’s BBQ in Jacksonville, FL, seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume team and ensure a premier guest experience.

You’ll drive day-to-day operations, coach a 25–40 hourly staff, manage food and labor costs, and partner with senior leadership on performance reviews and growth. This on-site, full-time role offers growth with a thriving brand and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-service restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting.
• Fast-paced environment with hustle and accountability.
• Proven coaching and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to share objectives clearly with management and hourly staff.
• Good math skills, reading schedules, and familiarity with POS systems.
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays; on-site leadership role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; background check required.
• Nice to have BBQ or meat-focused restaurant experience.
• Experience training Managers-in-Training or high-potential supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 25–40 hourly members, including training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Manage front and back of house operations to ensure on-brand service and quality.
• Contribute to managing P&L by controlling food and labor costs and waste.
• Ensure smooth operations with clear standards for food quality, cleanliness and speed.
• Communicate with upper management, teams and guests; handle feedback professionally.
• Partner with General Manager on performance reviews, promotions, and growth opportunities.
