iServ, a multi-brand hospitality company and Sonny’s BBQ franchisee, seeks an Experienced, Full-Serve Restaurant Manager in Winter Park, FL. You will lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage daily performance in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven full-serve restaurant management in a high-volume setting.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a driver insurability check.
• Ability to cover manager shifts on busy days/events.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to train, coach, mentor and communicate with team.
• Strong understanding of full-serve operations and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Directors and upper store management regularly regarding store performance.
• Works with FOH & BOH team to ensure shifts run smoothly and guest needs met.
• Ensures proper staffing levels daily within budget guidelines.
• Upholds ISERV GROUP’s Mission and Values and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Prepares monthly financial objectives by analyzing forecasts and variances.
• Hires, trains, and develops hourly team members.
• Maintains knowledge of all menu items, including seasonal changes.
• Maintains licenses, posters, documentation and safety equipment.
• Maintains safe and organized work areas.
• Performs bi-weekly inventory and communicates with vendors.
