You will model ARP values, develop talent, and drive profitability while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes coaching, adherence to food safety, and comprehensive understanding of the restaurant P&L. Expect a demanding schedule with a focus on consistent performance and culture.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years restaurant management experience in full-service, high-volume venues.
• Proven leadership and ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Track record of delivering positive financial results at restaurant level.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Dependable, motivated, and accountable.

Responsabilidades

• Teach and coach Management Team on ARP service, beverage and quality standards.
• Monitor food, dessert and beverage quality; provide timely feedback and corrective action.
• Oversee expo and line checks; ensure compliance with ARP systems and standards.
• Maintain communication with General Manager; ensure goals are executed and staff properly trained.
• Manage staffing, attire, and service areas to ensure guest experience is optimal.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, inventory, security, and payroll-related duties are performed accurately.
