You will coach the management team and hourly staff, drive profitability, maintain safety and sanitation, and help open new locations as needed. Strong leadership and financial acumen are essential to succeed in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years restaurant management in full-service, high-volume setting.
• Proven leadership and ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Track record of achieving positive financial results at restaurant level.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-task capability.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support management and hourly staff to uphold ARP quality standards.
• Model cultural values and foster a safe, guest-focused environment.
• Develop Restaurant Management Team and assist staff development.
• Achieve restaurant profitability through effective financial management.
• Maintain facility and ensure proper maintenance programs.
• Represent and protect the Alexandria Restaurant Partners brand.
• Assist with new restaurant openings as required.
• Maintain inventory and ensure security of assets.
