Alexandria Restaurant Partners (ARP) is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead hourly teams in our Alexandria location, ensuring consistent execution of ARP quality standards, operating systems, procedures and culture. You will model Core Values and actively develop staff while protecting brand integrity.

You will oversee operations across dining, bar and patio spaces, monitor guest satisfaction, and ensure food safety and sanitation practices, with a focus on profitability and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year restaurant management experience in full service, high volume environments.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
