Job summary

Alexandria Restaurant Partners in Orlando is seeking a Restaurant Leader to direct and support the management team and hourly staff to ensure ARP quality standards, operating systems, procedures, and culture are consistently executed.

You will coach managers, maintain safety and sanitation, manage finances to achieve profit goals, oversee staffing, and uphold brand standards across all shifts, including openings as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years restaurant management experience in full service, high volume environment.
• Proven track record of leading teams and improving performance.
• Ability to achieve positive financial results at the restaurant level.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant-level operations to ensure ARP quality standards and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and coach the Management Team and hourly staff to support talent growth.
• Maintain profitability through effective financial management and cost controls.
• Safeguard food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across shifts.
• Oversee staffing, training, and appearance standards to ensure a consistent guest experience.
• Support new restaurant openings as required.
