Job summary

Alexandria Restaurant Partners is seeking a restaurant leader to direct the management team and hourly staff to ensure ARP quality standards, operating systems, and culture are consistently executed.

You will coach the Restaurant Management Team, drive profitability, maintain safety standards, and support new openings while representing the ARP brand.

Applicants should have 2–3 years of restaurant management experience in high-volume settings and a proven track record of strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years restaurant management experience in full-service, high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and achieve results.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-task capabilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities; dependable and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant communication with General Manager.
• Ensure all restaurant goals are actively executed by management and coaching.
• Maintain fully trained staff to operate the restaurant effectively.
• Ensure proper attire and appearance specifications for staff.
• Oversee service areas to ensure systems are followed and guests enjoy their experience.
• Identify operational issues and lead corrective action.
• Understand ARP’s Food Quality Standards and ensure compliance.
