Job summary

Alexandria Restaurant Partners (ARP) seeks a restaurant leader to supervise hourly teams and ensure consistent execution of ARP quality standards, operating systems, and culture in Alexandria. You will model core values, develop staff, and support safe, profitable restaurant operations across the dining room, bar, and patio.

You will also assist in new openings and uphold food safety, sanitation, and guest experience standards as a brand representative.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience in a full-service, high-volume setting.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage workloads with minimal direction.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building.
• English communication proficiency; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach and coach hourly staff on ARP's service, food and beverage standards.
• Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with ARP standards.
• Develop hourly staff and support talent pipeline.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and policy compliance.
• Manage daily operations across dining room, bar, and patio.
• Contribute to maintaining a profitable operation.
