Job summary

Alexandria Restaurant Partners seeks an experienced restaurant leader to direct the management team and hourly staff at our Alexandria location. You will ensure consistent execution of ARP quality standards, operating systems, procedures, and culture to deliver a superior guest experience.

You will develop the Restaurant Management Team, coach staff, manage profitability, maintain the facility, and support new openings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years restaurant management experience in full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Track record of achieving positive financial results at restaurant level.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-task capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach management on ARP quality and service standards.
• Monitor food/beverage quality and take corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain restaurant operations and staffing across all shifts.
• Develop staff through ongoing feedback and formal reviews.
• Understand and influence the restaurant P&L and financial reporting.
