Job summary

Alexandria Restaurant Partners seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant team at our Alexandria location. You will direct management and hourly staff to uphold ARP's quality standards, systems, and culture, while delivering a safe, guest-focused experience.

You will coach the management team, manage daily operations, monitor food safety, staffing, and financial performance, and support open new locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years restaurant management experience in a full‑service, high‑volume setting.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive positive financial results at restaurant level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the restaurant management team and hourly staff to uphold ARP quality standards.
• Monitor service areas to ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to procedures.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and food quality standards are met at all times.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and attire/appearance guidelines.
• Manage P&L and payroll-related administrative duties in line with ARP policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support new restaurant openings as needed.
