Job summary

Alexandria Restaurant Partners is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the management team and hourly staff in a high-volume, full-service setting in Alexandria. You will drive adherence to ARP quality standards, safety procedures, and brand culture while coaching staff and maintaining a guest-focused operation.

The role requires proven leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to develop talent and deliver consistent results.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 to 3 years restaurant management experience in full service, high volume restaurant.
Demonstrated track record of strong leadership and ability to lead high performing teams.
Demonstrated ability to obtain results through others consistently.
Demonstrated ability to achieve positive financial results at restaurant level.
High-level organizational skills with multi-task capabilities.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage workloads with minimum direction.
High attention to detail and follow through.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Responsibilities

Directs and supports management team and hourly staff to ensure ARP quality standards and culture.
Manage profitability and financial performance of the restaurant through effective financial control.
Maintain and uphold ARP food quality and sanitation standards across all areas.
Ensure proper staffing, training, and development of the Management Team and hourly staff.
Oversee operations across dining room, bar, and service areas to deliver a superior guest experience.
