Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy or related field is required.
• Current Respiratory Care License in the state of practice is required.
• NBRC credentialed is required; RRT preferred.
• Two years of experience as a Respiratory Care Professional is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the shift Charge Therapist to ensure staffing coverage.
• Assist physicians with procedures such as bronchoscopy and tracheostomy care as appropriate.
• Perform CPR per ACLS protocol and monitor patient responses to therapy.
• Conduct prescribed respiratory therapies and document patient data accurately.
• Instruct patients and families on therapies and post-treatment care.
