Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner III to provide comprehensive respiratory care, assessment and education. You will support patient care across ICU, general care and outpatient services with leadership responsibilities as Charge Therapist when needed.

The role requires a Respiratory Therapy license, NBRC credentials and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with two years of experience in respiratory therapy and a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field preferred.
• Master's Degree in Health care/Healthcare Admin/Business Admin preferred.
• Current Respiratory Care License required in the state they are working.
• NBRC credentialed required.
• RRT preferred.
• BLS Basic Life Support required.
• ACLS required.
• PALS required.
• NRP preferred.
• CPFT preferred.
• RPFT preferred.
• ACCS NBRC preferred.
• Two years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist or five years CRT; demonstrated competency in NICU/PICU/ICU/ED/General care (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care including oxygen delivery and ventilator care.
• Lead clinical rounds and mentor staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research.
• Assist with data collection and record keeping.
• Serve as shift Charge Therapist to ensure staffing.
