Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner II at Memorial Regional Medical Center. The role involves delivering comprehensive respiratory care, assessing patients, planning interventions and educating patients. Responsibilities include ventilator care, bronchodilator therapies and critical care support.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in respiratory care, an active state license, NBRC credentialing, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. EPIC EHR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Respiratory Care Professional
• Current Respiratory Care License in the state
• NBRC credentialed (required)
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care via assessment, planning, intervention and education.
• Operate and monitor ventilators and airway support equipment.
• Administer oxygen therapy and aerosolized medications per physician orders.
• Serve as a preceptor or charge therapist to support staffing and education.
