Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health seeks a Respiratory Care Practitioner III to deliver comprehensive respiratory care, evaluate patient responses, and educate patients and staff. The role includes clinical leadership within ICU, general care, and outpatient services, with responsibilities as Charge Therapist to ensure adequate staffing.

Responsibilities also include mentoring, participating in quality improvement, and collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field required.
• NBRC credentialed and active respiratory care license required.
• EPIC EHR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care per physician orders and assess patient response.
• Lead with clinical rounds, mentorship, and staff development as Charge Therapist.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and education of staff and patients.
