Job summary

Sun Outdoors is seeking a Senior Resort Manager in the United States to lead daily operations and drive long-term profitability. You will be the primary contact for guests and residents, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction across all resort activities.

You’ll manage budgeting, marketing, and property maintenance, while directing leasing and sales of homes. The role requires strong leadership, compliance with laws, and a focus on community well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 6 months in Property management/resort experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience (Required)
• 6 months in Previous sales and leasing experience (Preferred)
• General knowledge of property maintenance
• Ability to live on-site within the resort (housing provided), if applicable
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and long-term profitability of the resort.
• Serve as primary contact for guests and residents, ensuring excellent service.
• Manage budgeting, marketing initiatives, and property maintenance.
• Lead leasing and sales for new and pre-owned homes.
• Monitor rent collection, invoices, and operating expenses.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and resort policies.
