Job summary

Sun Outdoors in Ossipee, NH is seeking a Senior Resort Manager to oversee daily resort operations, budgeting, marketing, and property maintenance, ensuring exceptional guest and resident satisfaction.

The role leads leasing and sales of homes, while fostering a positive community through effective resident relations and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Housing is provided on-site where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 6 months in Previous sales and leasing experience (Preferred).
• 6 months in Property management/resort experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience (Required).
• General knowledge of property maintenance.
• Solid negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertaining to fair housing and employment law.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, the internet, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to respond to resort needs during non-business hours.
• Ability to live on-site within the resort (housing provided), if applicable.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily resort operations and long-term profitability.
• Serve as primary contact for guests and residents; ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Manage administrative functions, budgeting, marketing initiatives, and property maintenance.
• Lead leasing and sales efforts for new and pre-owned homes.
• Foster a positive community environment through resident and guest relations.
• Monitor rent collection, delinquencies, and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance to prepare sites for home move-ins.
• Prepare annual operating budgets and analyze P&L variances.
• Supervise team members; ensure policy and procedure compliance.
