Sun Outdoors in New York is seeking a Senior Resort Manager to oversee daily operations and long-term profitability of the resort. You will be the primary contact for guests and residents, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction while guiding budgeting, marketing initiatives, and property maintenance.

You will lead leasing and sales efforts for new and pre-owned homes, foster a positive community environment, and manage resident relations with a focus on safety and compliance with laws.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months in Previous sales and leasing experience (Preferred)
• 6 months in Property management/resort experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience (Required)
• General knowledge of property maintenance
• Ability to live on-site within the resort (housing provided), if applicable
• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Oversees daily resort operations and profitability.
• Manages rent collection, posting, and deposits; oversees delinquencies and evictions.
• Leads leasing and sales efforts for models and homes.
• Ensures guest and resident satisfaction and adherence to policies.
• Maintains curb appeal and property maintenance standards.
• Prepares annual operating budget and reviews monthly reports.
