Sun Communities & Sun Outdoors is seeking a Senior Resort Manager to oversee daily operations and long-term profitability of the resort. This role serves as the primary point of contact for guests and residents, driving service excellence, leasing, and marketing initiatives.

The incumbent will manage budgeting, property maintenance, and Sun Homes model preparations, while fostering a positive community environment through proactive resident and guest relations. Housing on-site may be available.

Qualifications

• 6 months in Previous sales and leasing experience (Preferred)
• 6 months in Property management/resort experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience (Required)
• Basic computer proficiency (email, internet, Microsoft Office)
• Flexibility to respond to resort needs during non-business hours

Responsabilités

• Ensures guests and residents receive the highest levels of service in line with Sun's customer service philosophy (Essential)
• Handles resident and guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Manages the rent collection process for leasing of rental sites and flags bad debt for collections
• Coordinates team member selection, development and adherence to policies and procedures
• Reviews residency applications and approves or denies residency
• Ensures compliance with fair housing laws and resort operations
