Job summary

Sun Outdoors is seeking a Senior Resort Manager to oversee daily resort operations, drive profitability, and serve as the primary contact for guests and residents. You will manage budgeting, marketing, property maintenance, and leasing/sales initiatives while fostering a positive community environment.

Responsibilities include enforcing policies, handling rent processes, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with fair housing and safety regulations. Housing may be provided on-site.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 6 months in sales and leasing experience preferred.
• 6 months in property management/resort experience with 2 years supervisory experience required.
• Basic computer skills including email, internet and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily resort operations and profitability.
• Address guest and resident needs with strong service standards.
• Manage rent collection, delinency handling and lease renewals.
• Supervise team selection, development and policy compliance.
• Prepare annual operating budgets and monitor P&L variances.
• Coordinate marketing, advertising and model home sales efforts.
