Job summary

Sun Outdoors is seeking a Senior Resort Manager in New Hampshire to oversee daily operations and long-term profitability of the resort. The role leads leasing and sales for homes and ensures exceptional guest and resident experiences.

Responsibilities include budgeting, marketing coordination, and maintaining curb appeal while adhering to fair housing laws. On-site housing may be provided and a strong supervisory background is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months in Property management/resort experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience
• 6 months in previous sales and leasing experience (Preferred)
• Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertaining to fair housing and employment law

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests and residents receive high levels of service consistent with Sun's philosophy
• Handle resident/guest complaints promptly and professionally
• Manage rent collection and postings, ensuring bad debt is submitted to collections
• Oversee and balance RV income nightly
• Prepare documents to list and sell homes and coordinate site readiness for move-ins
• Monitor invoices for operating expenses and sales costs
• Collaborate with RVP on marketing strategy and annual budget
• Maintain resort appearance and enforce rules and safety policies
