Job summary

Sun Outdoors seeks a Senior Resort Manager to oversee daily resort operations, lead leasing and sales, and ensure exceptional guest and resident relations. The role requires budgeting, marketing initiatives, and maintaining property standards across the resort.

Responsibilities include compliance with fair housing laws, staff supervision, and collaborating with the Regional VP to optimize profitability. On-site housing may be provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months in sales and leasing experience preferred.
• 6 months in property management or resort experience with 2 years of supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and profitability of the resort.
• Serve as primary contact for guests and residents, ensuring exceptional service.
• Manage budgeting, marketing initiatives, and property maintenance.
• Lead leasing and sales for homes and promote resident/guest relations.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and resort regulations.
