Sun Communities & Sun Outdoors is hiring a Community Manager to oversee operations, finances, and resident satisfaction in a on-site locale. You will lead leasing, marketing, and the sale of homes, while coordinating maintenance and budgeting across the community.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in property management, supervisory experience, and strong communication, with the ability to respond to emergencies and maintain Sun’s curb appeal standards. Housing is provided on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in property management with supervisory experience.
• Six months in sales and leasing experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local fair housing rules.

Responsibilities

• Markets homes for sale and prepares listing documents.
• Manages rent collection and delinquency processes.
• Oversees budget, maintenance, and repairs for the community.
• Ensures safety policies and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinates team development and resident relations.
