Sun Communities, Inc. is seeking a Senior Resort Manager at West Ossipee, NH to oversee daily operations and drive long-term profitability for Sun Outdoors.

You will lead leasing and sales efforts, manage budgets, market the resort, and coordinate maintenance to ensure top-tier guest and resident satisfaction. The role requires supervisory experience, a background in property management or resort operations, and strong knowledge of fair housing and employment laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 6 months in Previous sales and leasing experience (Preferred)
• 6 months in Property management/resort experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience (Required)
• General knowledge of property maintenance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertaining to fair housing and employment law
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, the internet, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to respond to resort needs during non-business hours
• Ability to live on-site within the resort (housing provided), if applicable
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations and long-term profitability of the resort
• Lead leasing and sales for new and pre-owned homes
• Ensure exceptional guest and resident service and satisfaction
• Manage budgeting, administrative functions, marketing and property maintenance
• Coordinate team member selection and development and ensure policy compliance
• Prepare monthly P&L analyses and capital expenditure plans
• Ensure fair housing and employment law compliance
